Karina is a Graphic Designer and Illustrator based in Los Angeles. She attended California State University Channel Islands where she received a BA in Studio Art with an Emphasis in Graphic Design. She also completed the requirements for a Digital Media Certificate which certifies that she is well versed in Adobes Creative Suite.

During her academic career, she maintained active involvement in the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) on campus, as well as Latinas Unidas both of which she held key roles. She was also employed as a student assistant for the Disabilities Center where she was able to help students with disabilities and their studies.

​

Post Grad, Karina dived into several freelance opportunities yet continues to search for that position in which she feels her skills and perspective can be an asset to her employer. Working within a team stimulates growth and new opportunities and therefore  helping define her in her craft as a designer.
